Entry Conditions
- The competition is open to all full members of clubs affiliated to the Caernarfonshire & District Golf Union who hold a current WHS Handicap Index.
- Handicap limit: 12.0 — players whose handicap index exceeds 12.0 at the time of entry will not be eligible to enter the Caernarfonshire Cup. The Caernarfonshire & District Scratch Cup is a scratch competition open to all eligible entrants.
- Players must be a paid-up member of their home club for the current season.
- The entry fee is £20 per player, payable at the time of entry. Entries will not be confirmed until payment has been received.
- Entries close at 5pm, one week before the date of the competition. Late entries will not be accepted.
- Tee times will be allocated by the Competition Secretary and confirmed to all entrants following the closing date.
- Players are expected to present themselves at the host club at least 15 minutes before their allocated tee time.
- The competition will be played under the Rules of Golf as laid down by the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St Andrews, the local rules of Rhos-on-Sea Golf Club, and any conditions set by the CDGU Competition Secretary.
- The Caernarfonshire Cup and the Caernarfonshire & District Scratch Cup are the property of the Union and shall be held until the next championship meeting by the successful competitors, who are responsible for their safe return.
- The decision of the Competition Secretary in all matters relating to the conditions of entry shall be final.
