Representing the county is the highest honour available to an amateur golfer within the CDGU. Caernarfonshire fields teams across three programmes — Men’s, Seniors and Juniors — competing in inter-county matches against Anglesey, Denbighshire and Flintshire through the North Wales Counties Golf Association, and against county unions from across Wales in the Welsh Inter-Counties Championships.
County teams are selected and managed by the respective County Captains and organisers, drawing on the best players from across the affiliated clubs.
